Our Company strives to be as accurate and detailed as possible in describing the essential characteristics of the products it sells through its Website. In the event that, for any reason, you are not covered by the description of a product, please contact us in order to solve any questions you may have and serve you in the best possible way. The Company reserves the right to modify the description of its products without prior notice. Any such modification shall be effective from the date of its appearance on the Company's Website.

Product Pricing

The prices of all products sold on the Company's Website are retail prices and include VAT. The final cost of each order will be calculated after the packaging costs (if any) are added to the retail price of each product, while the shipping costs will be charged to the customer from the shipping address which will be calculated in the manner described in the "FAQ" section.  or free pick-up from the Company's headquarters. The price charged to the customer is the one in force at the time of ordering. The Company reserves the right to modify the prices of its products, however, any such modification will not affect the orders already shipped or received, which have been accepted by the Company. The Company provides the possibility, when submitting your order, to choose the type of document you wish to be issued, retail receipt or invoice;  by filling in the relevant field of the Website. The transaction will be considered completed only after the sending of a written electronic confirmation by the Company. It is noted that the Company may withdraw and not fulfill an order, without reason, while in this case the price that may have already been collected will be refunded.

Minors

The use of the Website is prohibited by persons who have not reached the age of 18 or do not have the legal capacity required by law.

General Terms and Conditions of Use

If any of the above Terms and Conditions of Use are found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, this term shall be deemed not to have been written, but  without affecting the enforceability and validity of the remaining terms.
